I say Icey Blues and white. You can do frosted glasses, snow flakes, glitter, Food colored water (blue) with white flosting candles for center peices with some flowers around it. Party gifts. Blue ribon to acent the chairs, and it's not a hard color to match with white roses your white dress, blue brides maid dresses and twinkle christmas lights in white of course, and blue and white flower arangement for bouquets. Many possibilities!

I am also planning a winter wedding, and we are sticking to a cranberry/raspberry color scheme. The colors are very romantic, and lend a certain warmth to the ceremony. I, too, am planning on taking advantage of after-holiday sales to save a bit of money on decorations such as ribbons, lights, and berries, which will be the main focus of our centerpieces instead of the traditional flowers.
